DESCRIPTION - 
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the development and implementation of an effective resourcing strategy to support Elekta Limited’s business plan.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES - 

 

•    Develop and implement a resourcing strategy for recruitment within MRL Engineering
•    Actively and proactively recruit and ensure that recruitment progresses efficiently (estimated 80% of time), working closely with Hiring Managers, for example by: 
- refining the job description 
- creating and posting an appealing job posting
- filtering CVs and presenting the best ones to the manager
- performing first screening calls
- speaking positively about the company
- scheduling all appointments
- diplomatic skills with managers and candidates
- interviewing along with the manager sometimes
- pursuing internal approvals for requisitions and job offers
- following up with all candidates respectfully and in a timely manner such that candidates will be left with a positive feeling about Elekta
- timely generation & issuing of offer packs to ensure successful hiring
- assisting managers with all Workday administrative tasks
- following up proactively with managers and HR until role is filled
•    Follow HR metrics for reporting on hiring progress
•    Develop and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, key stakeholders and external providers
•    Identify and deliver innovative, cost efficient resourcing solutions against the business plan requirements working alongside key stakeholders and business leaders
•    Provide advice and support to business leaders, managers and team leaders throughout the resourcing process including interviewing guidance
•    Provide onboarding coordination pre and post start date working with local HR, stakeholders and line managers
•    Provide weekly recruitment updates to engineering management and HR lead
•    Develop a suite of practical testing options to support the recruitment process e.g. technical testing, personality testing, psychometric testing
•    Promote and further leverage the referral schemes 
•    Other duties as reasonably required to fulfil requirements of the role
AUTHORITIES - 
•    As delegated by HR Director
RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - 
•    Recruiting experience gained in a technology/commercial business environment.
•    Strong, proven experience of managing resourcing and advertising campaigns
•    Onboarding HR experience
•    Proficient in use of Workday or equivalent tool
•    Proficient in data analysis using Excel or similar at intermediate level
•    Confident communicator able to deliver briefings and training to all audience levels with a good coaching/influencing and networking style across Organisational and International boundaries.
•    Have a proactive customer focused attitude with a can do delivery approach to resolving issues and providing pragmatic solutions
