About the job

This is a key role within Caterham, with a primary objective of achieving sustainable revenue growth from the company’s direct and franchised dealership aftersales operations, including the definition and development of a business wide ASO strategy. Working closely with the Commercial Parts Manager and the Territory Managers, you will drive the development of Caterham aftersales business across the franchised dealer network and the company’s own sales channels.

The primary focus will be targeting the growth of global part sales, through both B2B (dealers, independent parts resellers and motorsport teams) and B2C sales channels. Working directly with the dealer network you will implement and monitor dealer performance against KPIs and drive best practice processes so that dealers can achieve parts bonuses.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will take responsibility for the development and performance of the on-line parts store, the current primary B2C channel. In addition, you will devise and deliver strategic multi-channel promotional campaigns, to increase website traffic and sales conversions. You will define and deliver a loyalty program and other initiatives as part of the customer retention plan, to drive repeat business.

Again, working in tandem with marketing, it will a key deliverable to develop a Caterham OE parts brand, to improve brand equity. It should be instantly recognisable for premium quality and good value, whilst creating loyalty. This will encompass packaging and distribution methods, as well as parts display within the dealer network.

Caterham’s experienced and professional dealer network offers a valuable route to customers to drive loyalty for ASO products and services. Working with the dealer body, you provide a strategy to increase the dealers ASO revenue through both its service and parts departments.

You will identify ASO opportunities that exist in the development of new parts and accessories and working with the Engineering, Supply Chain and Marketing teams, will bring these products to market.
