We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager!

This role is ideally suited to someone with creative drive, a proactive approach and who has a passion for sales. Eezehaul are looking for someone who can help develop the business, grow and expand on our current strengths and introduce the business to new ideas.

Responsibilities of Role:

Key responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Represent our company, with a full comprehensive understanding of our products and services
  • Maintain customer needs and how to exceed them
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  • Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships, for new and existing customers
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Manage the Sales inbox and all sales enquiries
  • Manage face to face, telephone and web leads.
  • Maintain excellent commercial awareness across the Logistics and Transport industry
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director and Managing Director
  • Managing sales events and marketing opportunities
  • Create and maintain an excellent professional network and successful pipeline
  • Familiar with CRM’s. Maintaining the systems and ensuring usage to the best ability.
  • Administrator for all sales activities.
  • Strong Marketing knowledge and experience.
  • Any other work that is deemed reasonable to help support the business.

Requirements of Role:

 

  • Must have 5 + years’ Sales experience, ideally from a Logistics or Transport background
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and increasing revenue
  • Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Full UK driving license ESSENTIAL
  • Strong knowledge and experience using social media and LinkedIn

Working Requirements:

  • Monday-Friday across various times and shifts to suit the businesses and customer’s needs.
