We are offering entry level and experienced recruiters a platform for success and financial freedom with BIG earning potential.

Our focus on the Northern American market means a bigger average fee size than European markets. What you’ll do:

As a 360 recruitment consultant you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process.

Source and place candidates into active positions you’re working on through a variety of sources such as networking, job boards, LinkedIn, job adverts etc.

Develop your own portfolio of clients through networking and business development (email, phone, attending industry events)

Manage a broad array of existing client relationships

Achieve set targets and work to meet deadlines to ensure client satisfaction

Build long lasting professional relationships with candidates and clients

We are hiring at three different levels:

Entry level Recruitment Consultants (we will train you into a full-fledged recruiter)

Recruitment Consultants (some sales experience)

Senior Recruitment Consultants (18+ months recruitment experience)
