What you’ll do at Elekta

As a Global Services Marketing Manager, you will be reporting to the Director of Global Service and Lifecycle Marketing. You will be responsible for driving preference, recognition, and order/revenue growth globally for the Elekta Care portfolio of lifecycle services for Elekta product lines. They will develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning strategies to promote Elekta's services, education, and other lifecycle offerings within our existing install base, as well as integrate these into the broader Elekta story to help craft our overarching value proposition. This role could be based out of Crawley (UK) or any of Elekta’s main EU locations.

  • Supporting financial services targets including service contract penetration rates and price performance
  • Develop and initiate programs and tools that drive the Elekta Care value proposition, ensuring messaging is elevated and consistent across all product lines.
  • Develop compelling value propositions, marketing claims and messaging, and competitive positioning based on customer needs and market environment.
  • Create impactful sales tools to highlight benefits and economic value to customers and deliver sales training to customer-facing teams.
  • Lead the launch of new lifecycle services across all regions, and work closely with cross-functional teams on product launches

The right stuff

  • Lead the launch of new lifecycle services across all regions, and work closely with cross-functional teams on product launches
  • Work with internal partners to produce relevant and innovative sales tools and facilitate sales training and other enablement activities for the sales teams.
  • Work alongside regional organizations to create a pipeline of customer proof points for Elekta Care’s value proposition and facilitate the publication and PR of these collaterals
  • Drive and maintain the harmonization of service and lifecycle campaign offerings between all Elekta products and product lines to ensure a consistent and overarching lifecycle offering to customers.
  • Provide input to Services Product Management and other internal partners from a market and marketing perspective to the services development process, e.g. relating to key customer needs and areas needed for differentiation.
  • Support customer sales opportunities and activities (customer visits, presentations, tradeshows, etc) when necessary.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Communications team for the definition and development of marcom activities (marcom materials, PR/media relations, events, tradeshows, web pages digital media activities, etc.)

Nice to have

  • Bachelor/University Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product or services/lifecycle marketing role at a global organization.
  • B2B marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to travel locally & internationally (up to 20%).
