Baseball 9

At the same time, the game never loses sight of its central attraction: baseball 9 itself. The roster systems and progression exist to make the matches more meaningful, not to replace them. The ultimate test of every improvement is what happens when the team returns to the field. A stronger lineup should create better offensive opportunities, improved pitching should make difficult innings easier to handle, and better defensive ability should reduce the number of dangerous situations.
