Bourne Community College is an 11-16 state maintained school currently graded 'Good' by OfSted but seeking to become 'Outstanding'. We employ 45 teachers and 55 support staff and educated 750 young people from the local area. We have a passion for education and understand that the care of staff and their professional development are both key to becoming an outstanding school.
