We deliver a range of services aimed at improving the well-being and quality of life of vulnerable adults across the City.Our work enables users to access appropriate statutory services, reduce their isolation and exercise positive choices about their lives.Through our work, the health and well-being of our users is improved, statutory services become more responsive to their needs and the work of our volunteers helps build stronger community connections.We work closely in partnership with many other voluntary sector organisations to deliver services.Our users include people with learning disabilities, people with mental health issues, older people, people with physical disabilities and people with autistic spectrum conditions.
