We provide residential care to young people who have experienced abusive and/or disrupted home lives. They are often challenging and present with a range of behaviours that can be defiant and aggressive. We require care workers who are robust enough to withstand this behaviour, yet caring enough to ensure the young people's needs are fully met. The role requires shift work with some evenings and alternate weekends.
