Capable manager required for immediate start at centrally located busy boutique guest house. Previous hospitality/hotel experience is essential for this role. Must be FULLY FLUENT in English and be well spoken with a smart appearance, willing to work hard, and be part of a team. Reliability, good time keeping and good written skills essential. As manager you will liaise closely with the owner and be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of this guest house on a day to day rota basis which includes weekends and evenings. Duties will include front of house, waiting on tables, administration, guest services, bar work, cleaning and staff management.
