Elliott Barton provides Permanent and Interim recruitment services from our offices in Arundel, West Sussex. We recruit across the UK and Internationally including North America and Asia. Being based in Arundel, we have close links to businesses and candidates in surrounding counties, but we extend our services to any part of the globe where our clients have requirements.

We focus on middle management and senior leadership roles, but also work on more junior roles when required.

For each sector we have experts who are experienced within their sector and can provide guidance and first class experiences to both candidates and clients.
