Focus Care Agency

Focus Care Agency (FCA) provide supported living within a housing with care model (HwC). We provide services to people with learning disabilities, mental health disorders, autistic spectrum disorders, acquired brain injury, behaviours that challenge and those with profound and complex needs.

We work in partnership with the service users, their family members and the multidisciplinary team to provide care and support that will enable the service user to make informed choices in order that they may achieve their maximum potential for good health, social integration and well-being by living a quality of life and a lifestyle as independently as possible.
