About us

Full time Lettings/ Property Negotiator wanted for busy lettings company in Brighton BN3 Experience in a Property/Lettings preferably but training will be given for right candidate with transferable managerial skill set. Will assist the Property Manager and manage administrative staff dealing with varied properties from the private and student sector so must be able to liaise on all levels. This a varied role however general duties to include, administration, the management of the properties, implementing company procedures, lettings, viewings, overseeing the maintenance calendar, liaising with old and new tenants and all aspects of the day to day running of the portfolio’s. Must be able to work on own initiative, to be able to multi-task and be extremely organised. This is a challenging role within a growing business and this role is for those wishing a career progression within the Property Sector. Fully conversant in Micro Soft Office and must be fluent in verbal and written English. Must be flexible with regards to working hours to cover business needs but general hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and bank holiday work.
