We are an education-focused company at the Grove and believe that education never stops so we have ongoing training for all team members. We have our own training academy teaching our own + external candidates in NVQ levels 1 ,2 & 3 along with all other industry training for Hairdressing . We are a registered Cheynes training centre offering all training in salon with no need to attend college. We also have our own state of the art ”in-house training programme” which we run along side the N.V.Q.
