In many cases our components fulfill a critical role, consequently the machining tolerances can be to accuracies of .005mm, with 100% inspection being carried out in accordance with ISO9001:2008.
Jaybee Engineering have Multi-Axis CNC lathes both bar fed and chucking applications as well as CNC mills. We have the capacity and capability to provide 'one off' prototypes to small and medium size batches.
