Our founder and Managing Director, Tom Bewick, is a serial entrepreneur and acknowledged expert on international apprenticeship reforms. Tom has set up and established several successful apprenticeship schemes spanning a 20-year career. He has published a number of comparative works looking at what makes for successful apprenticeship. As a former UK ministerial adviser, a consultant to overseas governments and multinational companies, his extensive networks and knowledge of apprenticeship is unsurpassed.
