Pascere

Pascere is a new restaurant right in the heart of Brighton’s Lanes offering luxury, elegance and comfort with a homely, welcoming approach. Food will be seasonal with dining options ranging from all small plates, a la carte and tasting menus. There will be an emphasis on wine with a wide selection by the glass. Head Chef Tom Griffiths was recently named one of the most influential chefs of 2017 by both The Guardian and Olive Magazine. The restaurant will offer warm service and a home from home ambience in elegant surroundings. Pascere is due to open summer 2017.
