Plan Care is part of Taylor Gordon and Company Ltd, an independent family company started in 1970 to provide employment services. In 1993 we began operating as a domiciliary care agency and in 2010 we started trading under the name of Plan Care. We deliver over 1 million hours of care every year from our range of local branches. Plan Care is very proud of the specialist services we can provide and the beneficial impact they will have on your life. With more than 40 years experience in providing Care Services we will utilise this knowledge and experience to deliver a tailor made service with respect, sensitivity and discretion to individuals in their own homes. We contract with Social Services to support people in their own homes and we also provide individually designed care packages for those who wish to direct their own care provision either through Direct Payments, Individual Budgets or their own means. Our aim is to provide outstanding care and support to all our customers; to enable them to live as independently as possible in their own home within their own local community. Your safety and the quality of service we deliver to you are our priorities; Plan Care is registered and subject to inspection by the Care Quality Commission. All staff will be fully vetted and subject to a police check to ensure your personal safety and security. Our comprehensive quality assurance process gives you a written document, clearly stating the service you are to receive, and access to our complaints procedure should you feel we are not meeting your expectations. All staff are trained to deliver a professional service and are regularly monitored and assessed.
