St Wilfrid's Hospice

St Wilfrid’s Hospice is a local charity providing skilled and compassionate care and treatment for people living with a life limiting illness. We currently care for more than 1000 people every year and have been providing our services to our community for over 30 years, altogether having cared for more than 15,500 patients. A hospice is not just a building; it is a way of caring for people. We aim to improve the lives of people whose illness is no longer curable by helping people to live as actively as possible after diagnosis to the end of their lives, however long that may be. We place the highest value on respect and choice.
