Varndean School is a place where people matter. We believe that individuality is very much an internal quality that we foster and encourage through the widest variety of learning experiences. Our staff get to know the whole young person and their families, and we pride ourselves in tailoring the learning to suit the needs of the student. We aim to get the very best out of every student. Through planning engaging learning, assessment, support and intervention students know where they are in their learning and how to improve.
