Students from secondary schools in Crawley and Gatwick learnt how to be role models for younger students as part of an on-going programme to improve their confidence and life chances.
Over the last four months the students have been taking part in a series of activities designed to improve hope, happiness, confidence, relationships, to change negative behaviour and to introduce them to job and career opportunities.
Students from Leicester came together this week to continue the Be the Change programme sponsored by Hastings Direct, in partnership with LoveLocalJobs.com and humanutopia.
