CMR are recruiting on behalf of our client who provide accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and umbrella services to multiple clients and sectors across the UK.
Salary - £32,000 - £35,000 DOE + generous commission structure.
Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Work closely with assigned BPM to develop action plans for increasing contractor registrations
  • Undertake proactive phone calls with the aim of increasing contractor referrals from new, lapsed and existing recruitment agencies, meeting the agreed KPI's
  • Proactively use social media and web searches to identify new opportunities and proactively engage
  • Accompany BPM on visits when required
  • Registering new clients for Umbrella, PEO/PAYE, CIS and Limited company services as and when required
  • Regular and accurate updating of CRM system
  • Complete weekly reports as required to improve performance and increase service level
  • Ensure product and industry knowledge is of acceptable standard in order to effectively engage with clients
  • Main office based contact to deal with Agency queries which BPM may struggle to manage due to travel / meetings
  • Work as an integral team member to support and achieve the Company one team goal
  • Acting as an ambassador for the company and supporting and promoting the Company objectives and themes, promoting the highest standards of behavior and attitude
  • Commit to own professional development, enhancing and improving skills and knowledge to the benefit of all
