Office Administrator tasks to include:
- general clerical duties
- telephone calls and emails
- diary bookings
- maintain database system
- filing and scanning
- maintain electronic records
- Invoicing
- greeting clients
Successful applicants must have:
- relevant office experience
- Microsoft Office and Excel
- experience with Teams
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- good attention to detail
15 Hours a week plus holiday cover
Salary range
- £13 - £15
