Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct audit fieldwork and review under FRS 102 and UK GAAP.
- Prepare and review statutory accounts for group and standalone companies.
- Provide corporate tax compliance support alongside our tax department.
- Assist in ad hoc advisory work such as group restructures and due diligence.
- Engage in direct client communication, supporting the delivery of year-end and management reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in audit, with a strong understanding of FRS 102 and UK GAAP.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing statutory accounts.
- Knowledge of corporate tax compliance.
- Ability to handle advisory tasks such as due diligence and group restructures.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of direct client interactions and managing client relationships.
