Audit Manager

Audit Manager - Horsham - £65-70k

My client is looking for an ACA/ACCA-qualified Audit Manager to join their growing and forward-thinking firm. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, and play a key role in developing and mentoring audit teams.

The Role

• Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients and act as their trusted advisor.
• Lead audits from planning to completion, ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, resources and deadlines across multiple assignments.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex audit matters.
• Support and develop junior team members through coaching and mentoring.
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to business development activities.

About You

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Previous experience managing an audit portfolio.
• Strong technical audit knowledge and client-facing skills.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
