We're currently looking for a skilled and reliable Breakfast Chef to take the lead on morning service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early shifts and has a real passion for quality breakfast.

As Breakfast Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and delivering a high-standard breakfast offering, keeping the kitchen running smoothly during morning service, and ensuring cleanliness and organisation are top-tier.

You'll work closely with the rest of the brigade to maintain consistency and standards, while enjoying the rare benefit of afternoons free, promoting a healthy work-life balance in one of the most scenic environments Sussex has to offer.
