Client Services Administrator (IFA-Wealth Management)
Salary £25k + discretionary bonus + great company benefit package
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Hybrid: 2 days from home / 3 days office (after successful training)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Administrator to join a well-established and professional organisation within the financial services sector. This is a varied and client-focused role, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to build a long-term career within wealth management.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will provide key administrative support to Advisers and Client Relationship Managers, helping to deliver a high standard of service and ensuring a smooth client journey from onboarding through to ongoing portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing client documentation, including AML and KYC requirements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system
- Handling client enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a professional and timely response
- Managing adviser diaries and scheduling client meetings
- Supporting the preparation of client review packs and annual review documentation
- Assisting with new business processing, including applications and policy updates
- Liaising with product and platform providers to obtain information and resolve queries
- Drafting and sending client correspondence
- Supporting general office administration and ensuring a professional client environment
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous administration or office-based experience ideally within financial services
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
