An excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer / Setter to join a well-established company.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week).

Salary: Competitive Salary, Depending on Experience.

Location: Worthing, West Sussex BN14.

About The Role:

Due to their fast-growing business, the company have a vacancy for a highly skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-change set-ups, tight tolerances and a full component production from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with precision

  • Program and set multi-axis Fanuc lathes efficiently and accurately

  • Consistently produce high-quality components to exact specifications

  • Use CAD software (experience preferred but not essential)

  • Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure smooth workflow

  • Continuously evaluate and improve current working processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thurs, 7.30am - 4.30pm (30 mins for lunch)

  • Friday 7.30am - 1.30pm
