A leading regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Partner to join its growing Commercial Dispute Resolution team, with a focus on technology, media, IP, data protection and privacy disputes.
This is a strategic hire offering the opportunity to help drive the future growth of an established practice while handling high-value and complex commercial litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of complex commercial disputes
- Building and developing client and referrer relationships
- Driving business development and practice growth
- Leading, mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- Contributing to team strategy and firm-wide initiatives
- Representing the firm through networking, speaking engagements and thought leadership
About You
- Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor operating at, or ready for, Partner level
- Strong track record in complex commercial disputes
- Demonstrable business development success
- Existing client following, referral network, or proven ability to generate work
- Commercially minded with strong leadership skills
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial approach
Desirable Experience
- Intellectual Property disputes
- Technology, Media and Data Litigation
- Chambers and/or Legal 500 recognition
- Established South East or London network
