We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to support the Facilities Management department in ensuring adherence to regulations and policies. This temporary role based in Burgess Hill offers an opportunity to contribute to a not-for-profit organisation.

Description

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies within the Facilities Management department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits and preparing reports.
  • Support the team in implementing compliance initiatives and improvements.
  • Monitor and report on compliance-related issues as required.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Respond to compliance inquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Assist in organising training sessions and workshops on compliance matters.

Profile

A successful Compliance Administrator should have:

  • Experience in a compliance or administrative role, preferably within Facilities Management or a not-for-profit environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and office tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • An understanding of compliance regulations and standards.

Job Offer
