Description
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies within the Facilities Management department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and preparing reports.
- Support the team in implementing compliance initiatives and improvements.
- Monitor and report on compliance-related issues as required.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Respond to compliance inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Assist in organising training sessions and workshops on compliance matters.
Profile
A successful Compliance Administrator should have:
- Experience in a compliance or administrative role, preferably within Facilities Management or a not-for-profit environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and office tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Job Offer
