The Role
You will take full responsibility for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, delivering a high-quality, client-focused service while contributing to the firm's continued growth and reputation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Independently managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Providing clear, practical and commercially minded legal advice
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating conveyancing documentation
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Supporting business development, referrals and networking activity
- Playing an influential role in the strategic development of the firm
This position suits a motivated conveyancer who values autonomy, quality work and the opportunity to shape how a business evolves.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (Level 6) or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical ability and excellent case-management skills
- Confident working independently with minimal supervision
- Commercially aware with a client-first mindset
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and committed to long-term growth

Salary range
