The Opportunity
A highly regarded and well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its respected team in West Sussex.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident corporate lawyer looking to work within a supportive, professional and flexible firm, offering high-quality work, client exposure and strong long-term development prospects. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available.
The Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality corporate and commercial caseload, acting for a broad range of businesses and stakeholders.
Typical matters will include:
- Purchase and sale of businesses
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Joint venture and investment agreements
- Shareholder agreements
- Commercial contracts and terms of business
The role offers autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to build strong client relationships, while being supported by a collaborative and well-resourced team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5+ years' PQE in corporate and commercial law
- Strong technical experience across transactions and advisory work
- Confident managing matters independently and advising clients directly
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic, client-focused approach
- Interested in ongoing professional development and career progression
