Hunters are proud to be recruiting for a fast-growing retail client in Hove seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead their customer service and sales support team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident people manager who thrives on improving customer journeys, coaching teams to deliver results, and turning enquiries into sales.

Customer Experience Manager The Role
You will lead a team of Customer Service Executives, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while supporting the business to convert enquiries into sales.
  • Leading and developing the customer service team
  • Driving sales conversion from inbound enquiries
  • Managing customer aftercare and resolving escalated issues
  • Monitoring KPIs and improving team performance
  • Delivering excellent service across phone, email, and online channels
  • Producing performance reports for senior management
Customer Experience Manager
  • Experience managing a customer service or sales support team
  • Proven track record improving team performance and KPIs
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance reporting
Customer Experience Manager What s On Offer
  • £29,000 £35,000 basic salary
  • KPI bonus (OTE £36,000 £42,000)
