Morgan McKinley is working with a great growing company based on the outskirts of Horsham in the Partridge Green, West Sussex area who is looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to provide excellent customer service at all times and be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries.Salary: 28-32K Location: Office based - Partridge Green. Own transport required due to location Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-FriCustomer Service Exec duties:<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries</li><li>Process customer information and qualify the call / order, what the customer is looking for etc.</li><li>Keep customers updated on what will happen next with their enquiry / order</li><li>Update the systems with the enquiry / order information </li><li>Maintain strong customer service and answer calls in a timely manner</li></ul>Skills and experience:<ul><li>Proven experience working in a similar customer service - sales support type role ideally within the manufacturing, construction, or engineering sector</li><li>Highly organised and attention to detail</li><li>Good IT skills</li></ul>
