  • Acting as a point of expertise and knowledge on the Virgin Atlantic brand, as well as all associate product style guidance, advising and informing others on correct brand-led decisions at all times, and proactively seeking to address any off-brand creative that is in market. This influence will extend to stakeholders across the business who need coaching and guidance to ensure design and creative solutions are on strategy.
  • Ensuring work is developed and delivered on time, managing stakeholders as part of the process including feedback and amends, but always adhering to creative studio process to ensure work is effectively trafficked through the studio and timely decisions are made. Further, take accountability for spotting process improvements and identifying new ways of working to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • As a key member of the creative & design team, contributing to the larger creative ecosystem, working with stakeholders across the business, creating and executing world-class creative and design.

  • Full working knowledge of key software is required; including but not limited to, Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential.
After Effects, Premiere and Figma ideal.
  • You must be able to assimilate feedback and interpret internal stakeholder needs within the framework of brand guidelines.
  • You’ll be an avid storyteller, able to explain your creative work with vision and flair.
  • The ability to negotiate and explain design decisions to non-designers is important to uphold the principles of the brand guidelines and protect quality standards.
