As our services continue to grow, we are recruiting Domiciliary Carers to join our team.
You will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing personal care and support with daily living activities
• Supporting with medication in line with care plans and training
• Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting with shopping, appointments and errands where required
• Promoting independence, choice and dignity
• Building positive relationships with individuals and their families
• Following care plans, risk assessments and company procedures
• Completing accurate care records
• Reporting concerns appropriately
• Working as part of a wider care team
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting others.
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential. Full training and support will be provided.

What We Offer
• £14.00 per hour
• Paid mileage between client visits
• Free DBS check
• Uniform provided
• Flexible working hours – part-time or full-time
• Flexible working hours (part-time or full-time 7:00am and 9:00pm, Monday to Sunday)

Requirements
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to a vehicle
• Previous domiciliary care experience of at least 6 months is preferred but not essential
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to complete an enhanced DBS check
• Willingness to complete mandatory training
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel between client visits
