Employment Solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE)
Location: Hassocks, West Sussex
A highly regarded law firm in West Sussex is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified to 3 years' PQE Employment Solicitor to join its established and growing Employment Law team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior employment lawyer to develop rapidly, working with a high-quality employer-focused client base, including UK and international businesses, while receiving outstanding training and mentorship.
The Role:
Working closely with experienced Employment Solicitors, you will be involved in a broad and varied employment law caseload, including:
- Advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- Providing day-to-day HR and employment law advice to clients
- Delivering employment law training sessions and seminars to clients
- Supporting clients on complex and sensitive employment issues

Your Requirements:
- NQ to 3 years' PQE as an Employment Law Solicitor
- Training contract or post-qualification experience in employment law
- Strong communication skills with confidence advising employer clients
- A proactive and personable approach to client care
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
