Epicor Functional Analyst
This is a functional role within the IT Supply Chain team for the business region of Europe providing subject specialism, project management and work prioritisation of the Epicor system.
The Epicor system is used across Dudley Industries (UK) and Rentokil Initial Services (Europe) and is a third party application.
Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise of the Epicor system. Understand how Epicor is used in the business and identify opportunities for more effective or enhanced use to improve business processes.
- Seek out and tackle issues that will prevent the delivery of business benefits, facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders.
- Work with the Supply Chain team as the functional expert for the system to resolve raised issues.
- Assist the Epicor Product Manager with the management of multiple projects of varying complexities from business case to full deployment of new or upgraded Epicor versions into selected business units, while identifying, assessing and managing risks to project success.
- Collaborate with delivery teams in their ways of working (Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall) to assist with prioritisation of user stories and tasks.
- Ensure SOX audit compliance.
- Engage with third party suppliers to gather information or facilitate conversations to deliver projects.
Essential:
- Experience working with an ERP platform and within Supply Chain
- Experience working with end users to review business processes
- Experience analysing data and processes to offer solutions or enhancements
- Ability to communicate with people of all levels
Ideal:
- Detailed knowledge of ERP functional areas such as Finance, Sales etc.
