Your new role
As the Facilities Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Chichester office. This is a varied and hands on role that supports teams across the business and keeps daily operations moving efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Document Services & Office Support
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries.
- Coordinating scanning, printing, copying, and finishing requests.
- Troubleshooting basic printer/MFD issues and supporting digital ways of working.
- Replenishing stationery, copy paper, and maintaining tidy print areas.
- Ensuring all print devices are stocked and ready for use.
- Assisting with meeting room bookings and setup.
- Providing support to the reception team and ensuring client facing spaces are presentable.
- Moving furniture and adjusting room layouts as needed.
- Supporting office moves and changes.
- Upholding Health & Safety standards and ensuring equipment is safe and fit for purpose.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this position, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a facilities, office coordination, post room, or similar operational support role.
- A proactive, self motivated approach with a strong "can do" attitude.
- The ability to follow processes, prioritise effectively, and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills with a flexible and responsive mindset.
- Confidence in customer facing interactions and supporting internal teams.
- Reliability, good time management, and a willingness to help wherever needed.
