Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced, Finance Assistant - Assistant Accountant to join a great business based in the Horsham, West Sussex area. The Finance Assistant - Assistant Accountant will support the Financial Controller with Location: Office based - Horsham, West Sussex Salary: £27K Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 Finance Assistant - Assistant Accountant duties: <ul> <li>Process purchase invoices and prepare the monthly payment run </li> <li>Assist with the annual year-end statutory audit</li> <li>Support with bank account and balance sheet reconciliations</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records</li> <li>Assist with analysing the management accounts</li> <li>Raise and control the issue of purchase orders</li> </ul> Skills and experience: <ul> <li>Experience working in a similar Assistant Accountant or Finance Assistant type role </li> <li>Be AAT qualified or an ACCA / CIMA studier - keen to study</li> <li>Excellent communication skills both verbally and written</li> </ul>
