Finance Business Partner

Salary: £50k - 58k per year + benefits and WFH

Grafton Banks Finance is delighted to be working with a growing business in Chichester to find a Commercial Finance Business Partner. This is a permanent opportunity offering the chance to influence decision-making and drive profitability for the business.

The role

• Work closely with the commercial team to deliver clear, accurate costing and margin analysis, to support pricing decisions.
• Help develop profitability strategies and commercial negotiations.
• Provide scenario modelling and financial guidance to senior stakeholders, enabling robust decision-making.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process, regular forecasting cycles, and timely management reporting.
• Support SLT to deliver strategic projects and systems improvements.

The candidate

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong commercial acumen.
• Advanced Excel skills; financial analysis and modelling.
• You'll need to live near Chichester to be considered.
