What you'll do
- Lead the finance function, ensuring accurate, reliable and efficient financial operations across the organisation.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit management and the maintenance of robust financial controls.
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements and finance transformation initiatives while supporting strategic decision-making at senior level.
What you'll need
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
- Strong financial reporting, audit, budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Proven people management and leadership skills.
- Experience delivering process improvements and system enhancements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence non-financial stakeholders.
