A highly regarded, independently owned Chartered financial planning firm based on the South Coast. The firm is well-established, award-winning, and has no intentions of selling to a consolidator. They are looking for a Financial Adviser who wants to do exceptional work, grow professionally, and build real long-term equity in the business they help shape.

COMPENSATION & EQUITY

Basic salary: up to £85,000 (dependent on experience)

On-target earnings: £140,000 (realistic and evidenced)

THE ROLE

  • Deliver holistic financial planning advice to a warm and growing client bank
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and their families across all key life stages
  • Conduct cashflow modelling and regular financial planning reviews
  • Work towards Chartered Financial Planner status (CII) with full firm support
  • Contribute to the firm's strong reputation for client outcomes and independent reviews
  • Self-generation of new business is welcomed and rewarded - but not a requirement

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Level 4 qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent) - Level 6 desirable but not essential
  • Genuine passion for financial planning as a profession and client outcomes
  • Motivated to progress toward Chartered status and ongoing CPD
  • Attracted by real equity participation and building long-term value in an independent firm
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client trust
  • Experience with cashflow planning tools such as Voyant or CashCalc is advantageous

Salary range

  • £65,000 - £140,000
