Our Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Fire Surveyor to join our team on an interim basis, playing a key role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our property portfolio. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Review and validate Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) to ensure accuracy and compliance</li> <li>Audit and verify the completion of fire safety actions</li> <li>Scope, specify, and issue works required to address identified risks</li> <li>Provide competent person sign-off on fire safety documentation</li> <li>Validate evidence of completed works and ensure audit trails are maintained</li> <li>Support continuous improvement of fire safety standards across the estate</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>Recognised Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) qualification</li> <li>Demonstrable experience in fire risk assessment validation and auditing</li> <li>Strong understanding of fire safety legislation and best practice</li> <li>Ability to scope remedial works and manage action closure effectively</li> <li>Competent person status (or ability to demonstrate equivalent experience and knowledge)</li> </ul> Desirable <ul> <li>Registration on the National Fire Risk Assessors Register (Tier 2) <ul> <li>Candidates not currently registered must be willing to obtain this within 3 months of appointment</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
