Description
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and plans to support business operations.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and scenario analyses.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory standards.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Profile
A successful FP&A should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent knowledge.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and tools such as Excel or relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
