Position: French Speaking Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £26,000 p.a. DOE

Location: Hailsham, East Sussex - office based & one day remote after probation

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm

Our client is seeking a customer-focused and proactive individual to join their team as a Customer Service Administrator.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely for one day following a successful probation period.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A positive, collaborative team player
  • Fluent in French (preferably native to France or Belgium) and fluent in English
