Description
- Standardizes, defines and owns the process, such that there is (or will be) a single version of the truth, ensuring data is visible, accurate, accessible, credible, timely and complete
- Process mapping , process monitoring and process improvement.
- Ensuring the process is leaner, and more efficient and cost-effective
- Streamlining process improvement initiatives through opportunity identification and initiative Prioritization
- Collaborates with product owner to digitally enable the process and drive improvement
- Responsible for ensuring the process outcomes are defined and have specific value metrics.
- Monitor user compliance.
- Change management, including stakeholder engagement and training for users
Profile
- Experience in payroll outsourcing companies (bureau/accountancy)
- Managed a medium-to-large team delivering payroll services across multiple clients or countries.
- Strong payroll knowledge across multiple countries
- Many years of experience as a payroll specialist, with at least 2+ years managing a team of payroll professionals in payroll outsourcing or payroll operations
- Preferably SAP payroll
