Description

• Standardizes, defines and owns the process, such that there is (or will be) a single version of the truth, ensuring data is visible, accurate, accessible, credible, timely and complete
• Process mapping , process monitoring and process improvement.
• Ensuring the process is leaner, and more efficient and cost-effective
• Streamlining process improvement initiatives through opportunity identification and initiative Prioritization
• Collaborates with product owner to digitally enable the process and drive improvement
• Responsible for ensuring the process outcomes are defined and have specific value metrics.
• Monitor user compliance.
• Change management, including stakeholder engagement and training for users

Profile

• Experience in payroll outsourcing companies (bureau/accountancy)
• Managed a medium-to-large team delivering payroll services across multiple clients or countries.
• Strong payroll knowledge across multiple countries
• Many years of experience as a payroll specialist, with at least 2+ years managing a team of payroll professionals in payroll outsourcing or payroll operations
• Preferably SAP payroll
