The Client
Our client are a small group of exceptionally stuning hotels within West Sussex that currently have an exciting opportunity to recruit their Head Chef for a stunning 39 roomed Country Inn in Midhurst. As the Head Chef you will be producing high quality fresh, menus to rosette level standards, to maintain the Hotels reputation firmly on the map as a Food Destination business.

The Role
As head chef you will be managing a strong takented team of 7
This is a 48 hour contract, but hours as required
4 weeks holidays plus 8 bank holidays
The role will report to the Exec Chef with a Michelin level background.

Requirements
We are seeking a quality Head Chef and strong manager with a strong fresh food background

• They have played a key role in a fresh food environment.
• Good organisational skills
• Work to financial targets
• Focused on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through the food they produce.
• Drive menu development,
• Sound managment of all aspects of Food safety, minimum food hygiene Level 2
• A passion for consistently delivering great food.
