The Role
As an IFA Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, helping to deliver a seamless client experience while ensuring the efficient processing of new and existing business.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
- Preparing client review packs and meeting documentation.
- Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, retirement planning, and protection.
- Obtaining policy information, valuations, and fund updates from providers.
- Managing and maintaining accurate client records on the CRM system.
- Liaising with clients, providers, and professional introducers.
- Monitoring and progressing business pipelines to ensure smooth case completion.
- Preparing documentation for suitability reports and client recommendations.
- Scheduling client meetings and managing adviser diaries.
- Assisting with annual reviews and ongoing service requirements.
- Ensuring all administration is completed in line with FCA and internal compliance standards.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration experience within an IFA, Wealth Management, or Financial Planning environment.
- Understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products.
- Experience processing new business and servicing existing clients.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience using back-office systems such as Intelligent Office would be advantageous.
