The Role

As a Contact Centre Sales Agent, you will:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls from warm leads with confidence and professionalism
• Identify opportunities to upsell financial products and investment solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships
• Work towards both individual and team sales targets
• Complete a fully paid two-week training programme designed to set you up for success

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in inbound and/or outbound sales (call centre experience preferred)
• Is a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Is target-driven, self-motivated, and thrives in a busy environment
• Is comfortable working in a high-volume call setting
• Has basic knowledge of financial products (beneficial but not essential)

  • Alternating shifts: 9:00-17:30 and 10:00-18:30
